MOVE
UPDATE PROCESSING REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
The United States Postal Service (USPS®) NCOALink® technology may be used to provide address
information that will be used to correct mailing lists that prepare mail
for the purpose of acceptance and delivery by the USPS®.
VeriMove™ Access from Precisely provides an easy to use interface to NCOALink®.
You may begin using VeriMove™ Access as follows.
- Call
your local Precisely sales representative or call 1-877-700-0970 to order VeriMove™ Access Move Update processing.
Various subscription options are available to best meet your needs.
- Complete
the Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF).
This form provides information that the USPS requires in order to
provide access to NCOALink® technology.
- After
completing the PAF form (online), agree to the terms, electronically sign and
submit. This will e-mail your information to the “Move Update
Processing Administrator”.
- If
you will be processing mail lists owned by others, then you must
ensure that the owner of each mail list receives a copy of the Move
Update processing Customer Information Packet. A PAF must be submitted
for each mail list owner. A List ID must be obtained for each
individual mailing list.
Upon approval of your order and PAF form,
you will receive an e-mail informing you of your Logon ID, Password, and
List ID’s; within 24 business hours.
You can use this information to submit
lists for Move Update Processing. This information also allows you access
to the Customer Account self-management web pages (https://verimove.spectrum.precisely.com/ftiauto).
From this location you can create additional List ID’s as needed and
generate renewal documents pre-populated with your currently registered
information.
